Initial Consultation

The purpose of the initial consultation is to collect a detailed medical information, brief family medical history, discuss the current presenting symptoms and review eating habits and lifestyle. Supplement recommendations,  medical/functional test suggestions and referral letter will be provided (if applicable). 

The Initial Consultation process

When you book in for an initial consultation, you will be sent a general health questionnaire to fill in and send back to us at least 48 hours prior to your consultation. After your consultation you will receive the essential tools to get started with your new healthy eating habits and lifestyle.
